Where to start...

Well, my last post was the end of Sept. so I'm a little behind. I'm just going through the picture files and uploading pictures in order. It will probably be several different posts.

So let's begin with... the Trisha Yearwood concert at Ft. Knox.

Once we got all the teenagers out from in front of us we had a good time with great seats. I was really hoping Garth would pop up on stage with her, but he didn't

St. Jude Charity Softball Game

Brad and I, along with several of our friends put together a softball game last Sat. against the WAMZ Country HAMZ. This is a team from the 97.5 WAMZ country radio station in Louisville. They schedule games and play to raise money for St. Jude Children's Hospital. Brad has wanted to do this for a while, so we finally got it all together this fall. We had several events going on throughout the afternoon and evening, including a cornhole tournament, face painting, and a large raffle of donated items. The game itself was later that night. We lost, but in our defense those guys were big. We had a great time and raised a lot of money to help kids!

This was our team shirts.

Chris, Lauren and I all played on the same team for the first time in our lives. That was really neat.

Of course, Kinsi had a great time. Cade came out and she got to play with her favorite cousin.

The bullhorn lasted in Brad's hand for about 20 minutes before someone took it away!

Cade got his face painted. Of course it had to be blue and have the UK thing on it!

Kinsi loves to play in the dirt! And of course, tease Uncle Chris!

Teaque came to help me take pictures, but we got of few of her and Cory too.

Our good friends, Keith and Dave competed against each other in the Cornhole Tournament.

Lisa is taking pictures of other people taking pictures.Up to bat! I think I walked this time.
Kinsi was so tired after all the playing, she didn't make it through the whole game. This is team that we gathered for this game and then us with the HAMZ.
We raised $1,170.50 for the hospital as well as being able to send a PS2 to the hospital. Pretty good for our first time. Our goal was a $1000, so we went well beyond that!

Meeting Braeden and Jack

This weekend Brad and I got to meet our two new nephews. Jack was born back in July, but since they live in Missouri we hadn't got to meet him yet. Luke and Jennifer made the trip home this weekend and luckily, Brad's sister Lindsay went into labor Friday night and Braeden was born Saturday afternoon about 2. He was 7 lbs. 5 oz. and 19 inches long. Braeden and Lindsay and Brandon are all doing great and should come home today.
These three are all Braeden about an hour after he was born.
Then we got all three of the boys together.

Here's Brad and Jack.It all looks sweet doesn't it. Hunter loves Baby Jack.

And of course, Hunter was ready to tell us all his new stories and things that he has learned.

You can push pause on the music player at the bottom so that you can hear the video.
